Developing potential

Narre Warren is one of Alpha’s newest sites, opening in September 2008 and has a strong focus on promoting the independence and initiative of each one of our team members.

We offer a range of inclusive programs that improve skills in such areas as, Independent Living skills, Communication, Health & Fitness & many more that may be required for our team members to move on to employment, further education or simply to feel more empowered as an individual.

A small site enables us to provide individualized support services within a friendly atmosphere where everyone looks out for one another.

A young, vibrant & energized group is sure to motivate any new comers.

As we are located close to many local businesses we are able to offer a range of services within our local community, helping us to build valuable relationships within that community.

Also being nearby to multiple modes of public transport means that our team members are encouraged to travel to & from the service Independently gaining confidence with ease.

Interpersonal relationships are formed within the team with great value put on the skills that each individual brings that may benefit the team as a whole.

The team relishes the opportunity to welcome new members to the group as often as possible.
